Section Env-Wt 602.48 - Special aquatic sites

"Special aquatic sites" means inland and tidal wetlands, mud flats, vegetated shallows having submerged aquatic vegetation, sanctuaries and refuges, coral reefs, and riffle and pool complexes.

Env- Wt 602.49 "Storm surge" means the height of the sea during storms such as hurricanes that is above the height expected at that time and place based on tides alone.
