Section Env-Wt 518.07 - Classification of Non-Docking Structure Projects(a) Dry hydrant projects within the bed and banks of surface waters shall be processed as: (1) A minimum impact project where excavation impacts less than 3,000 SF total area and no more than 25 linear feet of shoreline;(2) A minor project for projects where excavation impacts 3,000 SF or more but less than 10,000 SF total area and more than 25 but less than 200 linear feet of shoreline; and (3) A major project for projects where excavation impacts 10,000 SF or greater total area, impacts 200 or more linear feet of shoreline, or is located in a PRA.(b) Boat launch projects within the bed and banks of surface waters shall be classified as: (1) A minimum impact project where work is limited to the repair or replacement of existing legal surfaces:(2) A minor project where the work is limited to the repair or replacement of existing legal surfaces and the extension of the length of the launch surface for the purpose of reducing environmental impacts associated with launch user practices such as powerloading; and(3) A major project where the project will result in a new launch or an expansion of the size and use of the facility from non-motorized watercraft to both motorized and non-motorized craft.(c) All other non-docking structures shall be classified in accordance with Env-Wt 407.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Wt 518.07
