Section Env-Wt 516.06 - Maintenance and Repair of Intake and Outflow Structures(a) The permit holder shall monitor intake and outflow structures for effectiveness, water quality, and stability. (b) If maintenance or repair of an intake or outflow structure is needed, the project shall be classified in accordance with Env-Wt 407.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Wt 516.06
