Section Env-Wt 515.01 - Applicability(a) Subject to (b), below, the rules in this part shall apply to any person who wishes to construct, modify, repair, or replace a dug-in basin or boathouse in, over, or in the bank of non-tidal waters including any structures regulated under RSA 482-A:26.(b) The rules in this part shall not apply to maintenance and repairs undertaken pursuant to the statutory exemption as described in Env-Wt 308.02.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Wt 515.01
