Section Env-Wt 513.19 - Design, Construction, and Maintenance Requirements for CanopiesA canopy shall be designed, constructed, and maintained in accordance with the following:
(a) The canopy shall not interfere with boating safety by obstructing lines of sight necessary to navigation;(b) The canopy, including the support frame and cover, shall be designed and constructed to be readily removed at the end of the boating season;(c) Installation of a seasonal canopy shall not be justification for installation of a permanent structure such as pilings, but existing legal permanent structures may be used to support a seasonal canopy frame; and(d) The canopy shall be installed after ice-out and removed prior to ice-in.N.H.
