Section Env-Wt 512.03 - Application Requirements for Breakwaters(a) The project-specific information required by Env-Wt 311.03(b)(11) for a breakwater application shall be as specified in (b) and (c), below.(b) The following information shall be shown on the plan required by Env-Wt 311.03(b)(4): (1) Dimensions of the structure, including dimensions at the toe of slope;(2) The dimensions visible at normal high water level;(3) The direction of prevailing wave activity;(4) A line representing the 50-foot distance from the shoreline within which a breakwater may be constructed pursuant to Env-Wt 512.04(e)(1);(5) All docking structures on the subject property or otherwise associated with the subject property; and(6) The construction sequence that will be followed.(c) The applicant also shall provide:(1) Cross-sections showing the height and slope of the structure and the normal high water line; and(2) A complete list of all construction materials.N.H.
