Section Env-Wt 510.06 - Design Requirements for EAW Control Projects In addition to meeting applicable design requirements established in Env-Wt 307, a proposed project to remove or otherwise control EAW shall be:
(a) Designed to comply with all applicable requirements of RSA 487 and Env-Wq 1300; and(b) Developed in consultation with the department's invasive species coordinator and watershed bureau.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Wt 510.06
