Section Env-Wt 406.04 - Delineation of Water Courses

Water courses shall be delineated as follows:

(a) For perennial streams, by identifying on each side:

(1) The limit of the bank; and

(2) The ordinary high water mark on the bank; and

(b) For intermittent streams, by the ordinary high water mark.
