Section Env-Wt 316.05 - Notice of Decisions; Appeals(a) The department shall notify the respondent in writing of its decision. If the decision is to suspend, revoke, or modify the approval, the department shall specify the reason(s) for the decision.(b) Any person aggrieved by the decision who wishes to appeal the decision shall file an appeal with the wetlands council as specified in Env-Wt 203.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Wt 316.05
