Section Env-Wt 311.08 - Required Information for Projects with Compensatory Mitigation For any project for which compensatory mitigation is required, the applicant shall submit the following as part of the application:
(a) The type of compensatory mitigation to be proposed by the applicant and, if permittee-responsible mitigation will be proposed, the following preliminary information:(1) If preservation of an upland buffer is being proposed as compensatory mitigation: a. A baseline documentation report that describes current property conditions and includes photographs that have been taken in the absence of snow cover that clearly and accurately show the nature and condition of the buffer area; andb. A summary of the conservation values and goals for the proposed preservation area that will be incorporated into the final conservation easement;(2) If wetland restoration, enhancement, or creation is being proposed as compensatory mitigation, a plan noting the location of the project and a summary of the proposed measures to achieve wetland restoration, enhancement, or creation; and(3) If restoration or enhancement of a stream is being proposed as compensatory mitigation, a plan showing the location of the project and a summary of the proposed measures to achieve stream restoration or enhancement; or(b) A complete compensatory mitigation proposal as specified in Env-Wt 312.04.N.H.
