Section Env-Wt 307.08 - Protection of Designated Prime Wetlands and Duly-Established 100-Foot Buffers(a) Water quality and environmental minimization measures shall be in place to ensure that functions and values of prime wetlands and duly-established 100-foot buffers are protected.(b) Duly-established 100-foot buffers shall not be disturbed unless specifically authorized under RSA 482-A.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Wt 307.08
