Section Env-Wt 201.01 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to establish procedures for actions arising under RSA 482-A relative to:

(a) Permit application hearings;

(b) Procedures for processing remands from the New Hampshire wetlands council (council);

(c) Requests for waivers of requirements established in subtitle Env-Wt; and

(d) Requests for waivers under RSA 482-A:26, III(b).
