Section Env-Wt 104.64 - Wildlife-friendly erosion control materials

"Wildlife-friendly erosion control materials" means Smaterials used in erosion control practices that do not include any components, such as welded plastic or "biodegradable plastic" netting or thread, that have been documented to entangle and kill snakes, birds, and other wildlife. The term includes mesh made from woven organic material such as coco or jute, such as North American Green BioNet or similar products.
