Section Env-Wt 104.31 - Subject property"Subject property" means:
(a) For projects in surface water for which any kind of permit is required, the parcel(s) of land adjacent to and associated with the area in which the project will occur or has occurred; or(b) For all other projects for which any kind of permit is required, the parcel(s) of land on which the project will occur or has occurred.N.H.
