Section Env-Wt 104.26 - Statutory permit-by-notification (SPN)

"Statutory permit-by-notification (SPN)" means a permit obtained by complying with the statutory requirements specified in RSA 482-A:3I, XV, or XVI, IV-a, V, XI, as applicable, as clarified in Env-Wt 308 and relevant portions of Env-Wt 500.
