Section Env-Wt 103.30 - Located adjacent to a structure to which a watercraft may be secured

"Located adjacent to a structure to which a watercraft may be secured" means, for purposes of the definition of boat slip, that 50% or more of the length of the slip is along the length of the structure that causes the water volume to be a boat slip.
