Section Env-Ws 901.21 - Certified Operator Required; Penalties(a) As specified in RSA 485-A:5-a, no wastewater treatment plant shall be operated without a certified operator.(b) Failure to have a certified operator in responsible charge shall be deemed to be a failure to provide proper and efficient operation and maintenance of a plant as required by RSA 486:8.(c) Any person who is subject to these rules shall be subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions as set forth in RSA 485-A:22.(d) Any plant that is subject to these rules which has received funds pursuant to RSA 486 shall be subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions as set forth in RSA 486.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Ws 901.21
