After the department specifies the range of values for water quality control parameters under Env-Ws 381.10(e) and (f), the system owner shall monitor during each subsequent 6-month monitoring period, with the first monitoring period to begin on the date the department specifies the range of optimal values under Env-Ws 381.10(e) and (f).
