Section Env-Ws 379.24 - Increasing the Permitted Production Volume(a) A large production well shall not be pumped at a rate which results in exceeding the permitted production volume determined in accordance with Ws 379.16 without prior written approval from the department.(b) A request to increase the permitted production volume shall require the submission of the same information necessary for approval of a new well, and compliance with this chapter.N.H.
