Section Env-Ws 379.16 - Establishing the Permitted Production Volume(a) The permitted production volume shall be demonstrated by the constant rate pumping test completed in accordance with Env-Ws 379.15.(b) The permitted production volume shall be the volume produced by pumping at the pumping test production rate for 24 continuous hours.(c) The actual rate at which water is withdrawn from an approved well may vary, however, the permitted production volume shall not be exceeded.N.H.
