Section Env-Ws 379.10 - Known Contamination Source Evaluation(a) The applicant shall review the applicable department site file(s) on each known contamination source identified in accordance with Env-Ws 390.09 and evaluate its potential to degrade water quality at the wellhead.(b) The applicant shall present in the preliminary report a description of how these sites will be addressed by the pumping test and water quality sampling proposal required in accordance with Env-Ws 390.11 and Env-Ws 379.12.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Ws 379.10
