Any proposed water supply source for a small community water system to which this part applies shall also meet the requirements specified in Env-Ws 378 or Env-Ws 379, namely the well site selection rules. A preliminary well site selection report shall be submitted, as specified in Env-Ws 378 or Env-Ws 379, at the same time as the request forconcept approval submittal. The final well site selection report specified in Env-Ws 378 or Env-Ws 379 shall be submitted with or prior to submittal of the water system's plans and specifications.
