Section Env-Ws 360.11 - Responsibility to Promptly Repair and Maintain a Public Water System(a) Each public water system owner shall promptly repair and fully maintain the operational readiness of the system.(b) The actions required by (a), above, shall include:(1) The preparation and implementation of a preventative maintenance program; and(2) The prompt repair of failed or impaired facilities.N.H.
