Section Env-Ws 304.06 - Asbestos Records

Records of any determination made pursuant to Env-Ws 326.08 that a system shall conduct repeat monitoring for asbestos shall:

(a) Include the basis for that decision;

(b) Identify the repeat monitoring frequency; and

(c) Be retained until the records are at least 10 years old.
