Section Env-Ws 302.85 - Treatment technique requirement

"Treatment technique requirement" means a requirement of Env-Ws 300 which specifies for a contaminant a specific treatment technique(s) known to the department which leads to a reduction in the level of such contaminant sufficient to comply with the requirements of Env-Ws 300.
