Section Env-Wr 503.03 - Department Review(a) The owner shall submit the inundation map to the department for review and approval prior to incorporating it into the emergency action plan.(b) The department shall inform the owner in writing within 60 days of receipt whether the inundation map is approved or what changes are necessary.
