Section Env-Wr 405.08 - Final Inspection Report(a) The construction engineer shall submit an inspection report to the department within 30 days of the completion of the project.(b) The report shall include: (1) A copy of all test results;(2) The construction engineer's observations of the work items specified in Env-Wr 405.05;(3) Representative construction progress photographs;(4) Documentation of department-approved changes in design;(5) Documentation and results of all construction inspections, including photographs;(6) Foundation conditions observed during excavation; and(7) Any other data pertinent to determining the integrity of the structure.N.H.
