Section Env-Wr 405.04 - Inspections During Construction or Reconstruction(a) Prior to any work on the dam starting, the owner shall submit a written inspection plan to the department.(b) The plan required by (a) above shall contain detailed information relative, but not limited, to the following: (1) Which activities shall be monitored and by whom;(2) Field tests to be performed and the frequency of testing;(3) Material testing requirements; and(4) Documentation and reporting requirements, including inspection reports and construction progress photographs.(c) The department shall approve the plan if it determines that the plan is adequate to ensure that the dam will be constructed or reconstructed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.(d) The department shall inform the owner of its decision on the plan in writing. If the plan is not approved, the decision shall state the reason(s) for the non-approval.(e) Inspections during construction or reconstruction shall be performed in accordance with the approved plan.N.H.
