Section Env-Wr 404.02 - Issuance and Recordation of Permit/Registration(a) Upon review and approval of the application, the department shall issue a permit authorizing the construction or reconstruction. The permit shall include any restrictions, requirements or disclaimers as specified in Env-Wr 404.03.(b) The department shall send the original permit to the registry of deeds for the county in which the dam is located to be recorded.(c) The department shall send a copy of the permit to the owner at the time of approval. The department shall send the original permit to the owner upon receiving it back from the registry of deeds.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Wr 404.02
