Section Env-Wr 303.01 - Annual Registration Fee(a) Pursuant to RSA 482:8-a, annual registration fees for dams in the amount specified in RSA 482:8-a shall be payable to the department on January 1 of each calendar year.(b) The department shall send a written notice, by October 31 of each year, to each owner specifying the amount of the registration fee that shall be due.(c) The department shall send a second notice to each owner who fails to submit the annual registration fee by January 1. Such notice shall inform the owner that the payment is overdue and that if the owner fails to submit the registration fee within 10 days, the owner shall be subject to the penalties authorized by RSA 482:89.(d) Notices sent pursuant to (b) and (c), above, shall include whatever information the department has relative to the tax map and lot number of the dam and the volume and page number of the deed to the dam and to the property on which the dam is located, if different. At the time of paying the annual registration fee, the owner shall confirm or, if necessary, provide or correct the information.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Wr 303.01
