Section Env-Wr 101.42 - Storage capacity

"Storage capacity" means the maximum volume of water and material which could be impounded by a dam above the natural ground elevation when the water level is at:

(a) The top of dam; or

(b) The highest elevation which could be hydrologically attained, if this elevation is below the top of dam.
