Section Env-Wr 101.16 - Environmentally-sensitive site "Environmentally-sensitive site" means:
(a) A site listed and tracked by the natural heritage inventory, as maintained by the department of resources and economic development;(b) A prime wetland designated pursuant to RSA 482-A:15;(c) A river segment designated pursuant to RSA 483;(d) A prime habitat for resident or migratory fishes, as determined by the fish and game department; or(e) Surface waters that support coldwater fish communities immediately downstream of a dam, as determined by the fish and game department.N.H.
