Section Env-Wq 908.01 - Purpose and Applicability(a) The purpose of this part is to accommodate situations and circumstances at youth recreation camps (YRCs) and youth skill camps (YSCs) where strict compliance with all requirements established herein may not be necessary for the protection of the safety and health of the individuals who attend or provide services at such camps.(b) The provisions of this part shall be used to request a waiver from any requirement established in this chapter.N.H.
