Section Env-Wq 907.05 - Medical Supervision at Residence Camps(a) All residence camps shall provide by contract for 24-hour per day, 7-day per week on-call medical service and supervision of all first aid and health services in the YRC by:(1) A physician or APRN licensed to practice in New Hampshire; or(2) A hospital emergency service.(b) If a physician or APRN licensed to practice in New Hampshire and having at least one of the certifications listed in Env-Wq 907.02(a) or (b)(1)-(3) is in residence at and employed by a YRC, the requirements of (a), above, shall be deemed to have been met.(c) The physician or APRN under contract pursuant to (a) or (b), above, shall issue written instructions, signed by the physician or APRN, to the individual responsible for providing first aid, to be followed in the absence of the physician or APRN.(d) The YRC owner or director shall post the instructions prepared pursuant to (c), above, in a conspicuous place in the infirmary.(e) The YRC owner shall provide a telephone or other means of emergency communication in the YRC, or ensure that such communication is available within 10 minutes travel time from the YRC.N.H.
