Section Env-Wq 904.01 - YRC Owners and Directors(a) Each YRC shall have a director who is at least 21 years of age.(b) The director of a residence camp shall have at least 2 seasons of previous administrative or supervisory experience in residential youth recreation camping.(c) The director of a day camp shall have at least 2 seasons of previous administrative or supervisory experience in youth recreation camping, youth education and development, or other youth recreation programs.(d) No individual shall be a director who has any criminal conviction for any offense involving: (1) Causing or threatening direct physical injury to any individual;(2) Causing or threatening harm of any nature to any child or children; or(3) Unlawfully taking property of another, whether through force or threat of force or through deception.(e) If a YRC owner has any criminal conviction for any offense listed in (d), above, the owner shall not have one-on-one contact with any camper.N.H.
