Section Env-Wq 903.01 - License Required(a) As specified in RSA 485-A:24: (1) No person shall for profit or for charitable purposes operate any youth recreation camp (YRC) without a license issued by the department; and(2) The license to operate a year-round camp required by RSA 485-A:24 shall be good only for the calendar year in which it is issued.(b) The license to operate a seasonal camp required by RSA 485-A:24, I, shall be good only between the opening and closing dates noted on the application.N.H.
