Section Env-Wq 901.01 - Purpose(a) The purpose of the rules in Env-Wq 903 through Env-Wq 907 is to provide an environment conducive to promoting and protecting the health and safety of all individuals who attend or provide services at a youth recreation camp.(b) The purpose of the rules in Env-Wq 908 is to accommodate situations where strict compliance with all requirements established in this chapter may not be necessary for the protection of the safety and health of the individuals who attend or provide services at a youth recreation camp or youth skills camp.(c) The purpose of the rules in Env-Wq 909 is to implement RSA 485-A:24, II relative to background checks for certain workers at youth skill camps.N.H.
