Section Env-Wq 808.04 - Water Quality Sampling, Analysis, and Reporting(a) Analyses shall be performed by a laboratory accredited under National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP) standards.(b) Sampling shall be performed in accordance with Env-Wq 402.21(c).(c) The results of all regularly-scheduled testing shall be summarized and submitted to the department with the annual report required pursuant to Env-Wq 806.12(c) or Env-Wq 807.12(c), as applicable.N.H.
