Section Env-Wq 802.47 - Transfer"Transfer" means, as applicable:
(a) The conveyance of a fee simple interest in real estate; or(b) A change in the ownership or operational control of a person holding a permit, or a change in an individual holding a permit as follows: (1) For a partnership, a change in the majority of general partners;(2) For a corporation, the conveyance of all corporate assets or of a majority of voting shares to a new person;(3) For other organizations, a transfer of the control of the organization to a new person; and(4) For an individual, transfer of control to another person.N.H.
