Section Env-Wq 802.02 - Agronomic rate"Agronomic rate" means the sludge application rate that is designed to:
(a) Provide the amount of nitrogen, phosphorus, or other nutrient(s) needed by the crop or vegetation; and(b) Minimize the amount of nitrogen and phosphorus that passes below the root zone of the crop or the vegetation to groundwater or moves via run-off to surface water.N.H.
