Section Env-Wq 801.03 - More Stringent Requirements Apply(a) Subject to (b), below, any mixture containing materials regulated under these rules shall be managed in accordance with the most stringent requirements that apply to any single constituent.(b) Mixtures containing short paper fiber and biosolids that meet class A requirements may be managed as class A material, provided they are not used at reclamation rates.N.H.
