Section Env-Wq 713.15 - Aerated Lagoon Design: Area Control(a) Fencing shall surround the entire site with locking access gates for vehicles and equipment. Fencing shall not obstruct maintenance vehicle traffic on top of the dikes.(b) An all-weather access road shall be provided to the pond site to allow year-round maintenance of the facility.(c) Warning signs advising against trespassing and showing the nature of the facility shall be posted along the fence as follows:(1) At least one sign on each side of the site; and(2) At least one sign for every 500 feet of the fence's perimeter.N.H.
