Section Env-Wq 710.02 - Equalization Tank: Location and Size(a) Equalization basins shall be located downstream of pretreatment facilities such as mechanical screens, grinders, and grit chambers.(b) Equalization capacity shall be sufficient to dampen expected flow and strength variations to the extent that is economically advantageous or justified through a life cycle cost analysis.N.H.
