Section Env-Wq 708.23 - WWTP Alarms(a) Alarm systems shall be included to notify WWTP operators of any circumstance or condition that threatens public health or safety or the ability of the WWTP to provide adequate treatment of the wastewater in accordance with the effluent limitations set forth in the discharge permit.(b) A 24 hour per day, 7 day per week notification system shall be installed at the WWTP control room. Where a WWTP is not manned on a 24 hour per day basis, an additional notification system shall be installed at the police station, fire station, or any other locale having 24 hour per day manning, including a commercial dispatch service or SCADA enunciation system.N.H.
