Section Env-Wq 705.01 - Sewage Pumping Station Design Requirements: Flooding and Weather Protection(a) Sewage pumping stations shall be designed for uninterrupted operation during a 25-year flood, and shall be protected against damage from a 100-year flood. The sewage pumping station shall be readily accessible.(b) Flood elevations shall be determined using flood maps or in accordance with Env-Wq 1503.09 (f)(1) and (f)(2).(c) Each sewage pumping station shall be protected against extreme weather conditions, such as excessive heat or humidity or excessively cold temperatures, that could cause the pump station components to stop functioning.N.H.
