Section Env-Wq 703.08 - Project Revision and Approval Requirements(a) For projects that receive any state or federal funds, the owner shall obtain written approval of the design plans and specifications from the department prior to bidding the project.(b) For all other projects, the owner shall:(1) Submit the design plans and specifications at least 30 days prior to the anticipated start of construction, as per RSA 485-A:4, VI; and(2) Obtain written approval of such plans and specifications prior to commencing construction, as per RSA 485-A:4, IX.(c) No deviations from approved plans or specifications shall be made without prior written approval from the department in accordance with this chapter. All deviations from the original approved plans or specifications shall be reflected in the record drawings.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Wq 703.08
