Section Env-Wq 701.02 - Applicability(a) Env-Wq 700 shall apply to any person that designs or constructs new sewerage, wastewater treatment, or solids handling and disposal facilities or any appurtenances related thereto.(b) For purposes of proposed upgrades or other modifications to existing sewerage, wastewater treatment, or solids handling and disposal facilities or any appurtenances related thereto, the following provisions shall apply: (1) Env-Wq 702 relative to definitions;(2) Env-Wq 703 relative to engineering design documents; and(3) All provisions of Env-Wq 704 through Env-Wq 719 that directly apply to the system(s) proposed to be upgraded or modified.N.H.
