Section Env-Wq 510.01 - Plans and Specifications(a) Pursuant to RSA 485-A:4, IX, the applicant shall submit plans and specifications for wastewater facilities for review and approval in accordance with Env-Wq 700.(b) For projects to abate NPS pollution, the applicant shall submit plans and specifications that meet the applicable requirements of Env-Wq 1503.07 through Env-Wq 1503.09 and demonstrate compliance with the applicable provisions of Env-Wq 1508.(c) For dam removal and repair projects, the applicant shall submit plans and specifications that meet the applicable requirements of Env-Wr 100 through Env-Wr 600.(d) For subdivision and individual sewage disposal system projects, the applicant shall submit plans and specifications that meet the applicable requirements of Env-Wq 1000.N.H.
