Section Env-Wq 508.02 - General Procedure(a) The department shall prepare an environmental review report for the applicant's proposed construction project based on the information submitted by the applicant pursuant to Env-Wq 506.05(j).(b) The environmental review shall result in one of the following: (1) A categorical exclusion (CE);(2) A finding of no significant impact (FNSI); or(3) A requirement for the applicant to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS).N.H.
