Section Env-Wq 502.47 - Resident project representative"Resident project representative" means an individual who:
(a) Is qualified by reason of education and experience to inspect infrastructure projects; and(b) Reports to a licensed professional engineer if necessary based on the project and type of work to be done. N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Wq 502.47
